Would you tell a stranger that their husband is trying to cheat?

“One of my friend’s from high school has been trying to hook up with me on Instagram. He has a wife and kids and he’s told me that nobody has to know.
I’ve never met his wife, but if I were her I’d want to know if my husband was doing this.
Should I tell her?”
