Would you tell your neighbor or let it go?

“A couple weeks ago I backed into my neighbor’s car but I didn’t say anything. The next morning I noticed it left a little dent and mark.
I’m feeling guilty, but I’m not sure if I should say something because now I’ve waited so long.”
