Was he wrong to have his neighbor’s car towed?

“My neighbor always blocks my driveway and when I confronted him about it he told me to drive around him, which means driving over my grass.
I had enough so the other day I had his car towed. He completely flipped out on me because he had no way of getting to the garage it was towed to.
Was I wrong to do that and what would you have done?”
