He was caught on Netflix and LinkedIn at work. How does he save his job?

“It’s been a slow week at work, so I watched a little Netflix and went onto LinkedIn to do some networking.
I received an email from my boss saying she wants to have “a talk” with me when she returns from vacation. She got an email from our IT department saying that I was on Netflix & LinkedIn while clocked in.
I don’t know how they were able to tell that because I was on my laptop, but now I’m worried that I could get fired.”
