Should you cancel your ex’s birthday party?

“My girlfriend and I broke up last week. She felt that I wasn’t romantic or spontaneous enough and it took me by surprise. I had been planning a surprise birthday party for her at my place. Her birthday is only a few weeks away, and I had contacted her friends and arranged everything.
Should I cancel the party or go ahead with it since it’s pretty much all planned out?”
