Should she still get the promotion after they made out?

“Last weekend a bunch of my employees went out for dinner and drinks. We drank a lot, and after a few of us went to the bars. I vaguely remember making out with one in front of a few other employees.
The problem is, I was going to promote that employee in the coming weeks. Now I’m worried that it could seem like I’m giving her preferential treatment.
What should I do, do I still promote her?”
