How can she take back the comments about her boss?

“I started a new job a month ago and haven’t made any friends. My co-workers complain about our boss being tough and a jerk. A co-worker was eating lunch alone in the breakroom, so I made some comments similar to my other co-workers.
Well I just learned he’s friends with the boss and that’s how he got the job. Now I’m worried what I said will get back to our boss and affect my job. What should I do?”
