Morgan Wallen has been hit with a lawsuit from one of his fans, who is extremely upset about Wallen canceling his show minutes before showtime.
Brandi Burcham filed the paperwork and accused Wallen of breach of contract and negligence. Brandi claims that when the cancelation occurred, there were screens displaying a message indicating that fans would receive a full refund, which she claims she has yet to receive.
She also claims there were additional expenses that Wallen and his camp have not accounted for that, including parking, food, drinks, fees, transportation, etc. She also wants to judge to sign off on this case and make it a class-action lawsuit because, according to this fan, many people at the venue were extremely upset.
